We are KANIN at BABOY (Pork)!


Try our famous Pork Sisig! Ask for the “Authentic“ (soft) one. It is more like the Kapampangan style but not chopped up to hide something ;). Original dish use pig ears that is why they have to chopped it fine but we use pork belly. If you are not into pork, try the other Sisig on our menu, Bangus (Milkfish), Beef, Chicken, Shrimp or Tofu.
